ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bin To Win competition for National Recycling Week activation by GDI Property (“the Promoter”), which has been issued by GDI No. 44 Pty Limited The Trustee for GDI No. 44 Trust (ABN: 96474598318).
2. Entry is open to Western Australian residents 18 years of age and over (“Eligible
Entrants”). 3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.

HOW TO ENTER
4. The competition commences at 12.00pm (AWST) on Tuesday 11 November
2025 and closes at 1.30pm (AWST) on Thursday 13 November 2025
(Promotional Period). The activation entry times during this period are as
follows:

• Tuesday 11 November 12.00pm – 1.30pm
• Wednesday 12 November 12.00pm – 1.30pm
• Thursday 13 November 12.00pm – 1.30pm

Entries can only be made during these times through participation and scanning of QR entry code.

OTHER
5. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Eligible entrants may enter the competition multiple times.
8. All eligible entrants must adhere to any third-party terms and conditions relevant to the prize.
9. Anyone person who lands the disc into the correct waste bin will be eligible to enter via scanning of the QR code that will take them to the entry form.
10. The Bin to Win Prizes consists of the below items:
Westralia Square and WS2

• $1,000 Heyscape voucher
• $500 Heyscape voucher

11. The draw will take place 3.00pm (AWST) via random digital draw to determine prize winners.
12. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. Winners’ names will also be placed on the BIN TO WIN activation signage at Westralia Square.
13. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. There are two prizes which include the items listed in clause 10 which will be provided by GDI Property. The total prize pool is to the value of $1,500.00.
15. The judges’ decision is final and will be binding on each person who enters the competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to GDI Property’s communication by the deadline included in correspondence to the winner, GDI Property and third-party vendors reserve the right to re-draw the prize to another eligible entrant.
17. You agree that the Promoter may use your personal details provided for the purpose of conducting the competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its contractors, agents, any co-Promoter and to Stateand Territory gaming departments, to assist in conducting this competition.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that contain and/or depict illegal, sexually explicit, morally or racially offensive entries. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and eligible entrants (including an eligible entrant’s identity and age) and reserves the right to disqualify any eligible entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or if the eligible entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are. reserved. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
19. The Promoter and its associated entities and agents accept no responsibility for loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
20. Except for any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these conditions of entry would contravene any statute or cause any part of these conditions of entry to be void (“Non-Excludable Condition”), the Promoter excludes from these conditions of entry all conditions, warranties and terms, implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for any liability in relation to a Non-Excludable Condition, the Promoter (including its officer, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss or profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, without limitation, the following.

1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under
   the Promoter’s control);
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
3. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
4. any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry;
5. any tax implications;
6. the cancellation or postponement of any Event; and/or
7. a prize or use of a prize.

21. Each eligible entrant consents, if the eligible entrant becomes a winner, to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in media and communication for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), the Promoter and or products/services supplied by the Promoter.
