Structure

Our Unlisted Funds are offered to wholesale investors ² only. They are closed end, meaning there is no liquidity. The term of each Unlisted Fund aligns with the asset management strategy of the asset(s) in that fund, but an investment should be considered long term. All decision making, including when to sell an asset, resides with GDI.
