WS2 is Perth’s first high-rise timber office building and was built on the Westralia Square site on top of the existing multi-level car park. The Premium grade building includes over 9,500 sqm of Net Lettable Area over 11 floors of office space. It shares Westralia Square’s multi-level car park, providing 537 tenant and public car bays to the precinct.

The steel and timber construction and adaptive re-use approach ensure that WS2 is one of Perth’s most sustainable and environmentally friendly office buildings. While WS2 is designed to achieve a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating and 5 Star Greenstar rating, it is the building’s embodied carbon credentials and lightweight structure which set the building apart.
