GDI No. 42 was established in 2016 as a re-leasing opportunity, with both assets having short term lease expiries. One of the properties – in Ashfield, Sydney was sold in 2019 for $46.0 million, an $11.0million improvement to its 2015 purchase price. Proceeds from the sale were used to repay debt and distribute $0.33 per unit to investors. The remaining asset, Stanley Place, offers upside through renewal of existing leases and the letting up of existing or impending vacancy.
