Impressive Performance
Over 19 years, GDI's directors have successfully asset managed 35 property investment funds and projects worth in excess of $1.15 billion. Of the 35 funds established, 26 GDI funds have successfully completed, adding substantial value to investors equity in each fund.
In 2007, GDI finalised a number of its property funds, realising the assets through sales and returning capital and profits to investors. In doing so, GDI locked in a very respectable IRR performance, taking maximum advantage of yield compression.
GDI currently asset manages $500 million in commercial property investments in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Tasmania and in the regional centres of South East Queensland.
GDI specialises in investing in multi-leased office property to refurbish and re-image and in some cases strata sub-divide and sell.
