GDI Announces allocations from investors are fully committed for the GDI No. 33 Brisbane Office Trust

GDI Property Group has closed its latest fund, the GDI No.33 Brisbane Office Trust, for further allocations from investors and anticipates closing the equity raise for the trust at the end of April 2010.

GDI has been very pleased with the response from investors to the latest fund. GDI are seeing investors move back into direct property, seeking a safe investment in bricks and mortar in preference to investing in the volatility of the share market.

GDI believe captialisation rates for high-yielding, well located and well leased office buildings should begin to firm in 2010 - 2011 as investors chase positive cash flow returns on investment.
