GDI No 29 GDI Office Fund

Further to our letter dated 19 August 2010 and following the settlements of strata units at 251 Adelaide Terrace Perth, we are pleased to announce that $0.90 cents per unit of capital and profit will be deposited into your account 30 September 2010 as cleared funds. The remainder profit and capital return will be distributed progressively as more strata sales are settled. NTA as at 30 June 2010 is 1.637 per $1.00 unit, with $0.90 cents returned there will be approximately $0.737 cents remaining.

GDI recently sent you an information memorandum on GDI No.34 Sydney CBD Office Trust. This investment is now open for investment offering a 9% distribution in 2011 and 9.25% in 2012.
