GDI No. 35 Perth Prime CBD Office Trust
Now CLOSED

GDI has now closed it's next property trust, the GDI No. 35 Perth Prime CBD Office Trust. The Trust settled the acquisition of three adjoining office assets, located in the core of the Perth CBD on 9 December 2011. The properties are The Governor Stirling Centre at 197 St Georges Terrace, 1 Mill Street and 5 Mill Street. 

The Trust is value add focused, investing in prime CBD assets. Significant value has already been added to the assets, since they were secured in October 2010. Since settlement, GDI has commenced an extensive renovation and refurbishment process.
