Code of Conduct

GDI's Code of Conduct clearly outlines the ethical standards and personal conduct expected of all Directors, Compliance Committee members and employees and makes compliance with these standards a condition of employment. The Code of Conduct ensures all employees are responsible for reporting unethical conduct. GDI will take whatever action it considers appropriate including disciplining or dismissing employees where breaches of the Code of Conduct occur.

Communication Strategy

GDI respects the rights of the Unit Holders within each respective fund and has implemented a number of processes in order to facilitate the effective and efficient exercise of the rights of all Unit Holders. GDI ensures that information is regularly communicated to Unit Holders through a number of media including annual reports, six monthly newsletters and general communications.

Conflict of Interest Policy

GDI believes that ethical and responsible decision-making is critical to the success of its business. It also believes that the transparency of these processes promote market and Unit Holder confidence in GDI's integrity and sustainability. The Board has in place a Conflicts of Interest Policy for the disclosure and resolution of any matter that may give rise to actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest between the interests of a director and those of GDI or a GDI fund. For transactions involving related parties of GDI, the policy requires that all related party transactions conform to the requirements of both the Corporations Act 2001 and the Conflict of Interest Policy. The policy is continually reviewed to ensure that the process is transparent and appropriate.
