GDI has launched its next property trust
GDI No. 33 Brisbane Office Trust now open.
GDI has launched a new property trust. The Trust's asset is a multi let office building located in the core of Brisbane's Golden Triangle.

GDI is raising $24 million in equity from investors to acquire 10 Market Street Brisbane. The Trust will be conservatively geared with target borrowing initially of 40%.
The trust will distribute a forecast 9% in 2011 Financial Year, increasing to 9.25% in 2012 Financial Year.
The trust will give GDI Investors exposure to an asset that is located in the core of Brisbane CBD, that has a dual exit strategy, and that is situated in an office market heavily influenced by a strong resources lead state economy.
